Request a bulk apparel quoteOne coordinated order for your group
Plan apparel for employees, volunteers, participants, members or event staff. Start with what people will be doing, how many garments each person needs, and the date the apparel must be ready to wear.
Businesses, schools, teams, churches, nonprofits and community groups can use the same clear planning process while choosing garments and designs suited to their needs.
Full-color designs on suitable apparel
Multicolor logos, illustrations and detailed graphics can call for different production choices. TACA offers DTG and DTF printing options. We review the artwork, fabric, garment color and print coverage before recommending an approach.
You do not need to arrive knowing which printing method to choose. Share your design and intended use so we can discuss the options for your order. Compare DTG and DTF for an introduction.
Choose the garments your group will wear
Custom T-shirts
A starting point for staff shirts, group apparel, events and merchandise. Compare fabric, weight, fit, colors and size coverage before selecting a style. Browse T-shirts or read the DTG shirt guide.
Custom hoodies and sweatshirts
Consider layers for staff, teams, members or a merchandise project. Review garment construction, fabric and the planned decoration area together. Browse hoodies and sweatshirts.
Other apparel and complementary branding
Ask about suitable alternatives when your project needs another garment type. Polos and embroidery can complement a broader apparel order when appropriate; confirm each garment and method separately.
A quote based on your actual order
Send your estimated quantities, size breakdown, garment preferences, shirt colors, design locations and required wearing date. Upload the best original artwork available. Tell us whether you plan to collect the order or need shipping.
For quantity comparisons, keep the garment and artwork specifications equivalent. We’ll review the project details so you can compare the complete scope.

Bulk apparel questions
What apparel can we order for our group?
Start with the garments your group will wear: T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, or another suitable style. Share the work setting or event, size range, preferred colors and artwork. TACA can review garment and printing options for the project. Confirm supplier availability and the complete size breakdown before approving the order.
Can our design include multiple colors or detailed artwork?
Full-color printing can suit multicolor logos, illustrations and other detailed designs. The final result depends on file quality, finished print size, garment fabric and the selected process. Send the original artwork for review so small details, color expectations and any necessary adjustments can be discussed before approval.
Do we need to choose DTG or DTF ourselves?
You can describe the result you want and ask for a recommendation. Fabric, garment color, artwork detail, design coverage, quantity and care needs influence the choice. TACA offers DTG and DTF printing options. Confirm the recommended method on your quote rather than selecting a process solely from a general comparison.
How much does a bulk order cost?
The total depends on the garment, size mix, quantity, artwork preparation, decoration method, print dimensions and number of locations. Ask for a quote that identifies what is included, plus delivery and applicable tax. A price for decoration alone should not be compared directly with a finished-garment quote.
What quantity counts as a bulk order?
Send the quantity you actually need and ask which ordering path and pricing apply. This service is intended for companies and organizations purchasing for groups. Eligibility and pricing should be confirmed for the selected garment and decoration; the word bulk does not establish one minimum for every product.
Can we mix sizes and garment colors?
Provide the full proposed breakdown by style, color and size. Confirm availability, any size-related charges, and whether the combination counts together for the quoted pricing. If shirt colors change, the design may also need a different treatment to remain readable. Review those variations before approving a mixed order.
Can we print on the front and back?
Multiple print locations may be possible when the garment and process support them. Each location adds handling and can affect the quote. Specify the proposed front, back or sleeve graphics and finished dimensions. Review seams, pockets and garment construction before assuming a flat mockup proves a placement will work.
What files should we send?
Send the best original artwork you have, along with the intended print size and locations. TACA’s website lists PNG, JPEG, AI, EPS and PDF upload formats. Raster artwork needs sufficient detail at its finished size. Enlarging a low-resolution screenshot or changing its DPI label does not restore missing detail.
Will we see a proof?
TACA’s website describes a digital-proof and approval process. Use that review to confirm the artwork version, dimensions, locations, garment and order details. A digital proof is useful for layout but does not establish fabric feel or wash performance. Ask about a physical sample when it would resolve a specific concern.
How long will production take?
Share the date your group needs to wear the apparel and whether you need pickup or shipping. Ask for an order-specific plan that includes garment sourcing, artwork review, approvals and production. General website timing should not be treated as a guarantee for every quantity, garment, decoration method or event deadline.
Can we reorder for new staff or members?
Keep the approved garment specification, artwork version, print dimensions and original order reference. When more apparel is needed, provide the new quantities, sizes and required date. Reorders should be reviewed for current availability, pricing and preparation requirements rather than assuming the original terms will apply indefinitely.
Can local organizations pick up their order?
TACA is located in Arcadia and its website offers local pickup. Confirm arrangements for the specific order and wait for the ready-for-pickup message before arriving. Pickup can simplify collection, but it does not eliminate sourcing, approvals or production time. Include the intended collection date in your project request.
